Social Media Marketing Intern Overview

As a Social Media Marketing Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts through various social media platforms. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for hands-on experience in social media strategy, content creation, and digital marketing.

• Create engaging and visually appealing content for various social media channels, including but not limited to Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

• Collaborate with the Executive Director & Program Director to develop content that aligns with the organization's brand and marketing goals.

• Implement social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers.

• Track and analyze social media metrics to assess the success of campaigns.

• Prepare regular reports on social media performance and provide insights for improvement.

• Recommend and implement innovative strategies to enhance the organization's online presence.

Preferred Qualifications

• Passion for social media and digital marketing.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Familiarity with major social media platforms and their features.

• Knowledge of social media analytics tools.

• Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

• Resourceful problem-solver and attention to detail.

Typical Schedule: Up to 5 hours per week. Community service hours available.
