Exciting Trip to Macedonia

I am excited to share a wonderful update about a recent initiative through our non-profit organization, TRUE Change, Inc., that has significantly impacted the lives of teens and young adults internationally!

Events & Impact

We recently had the incredible opportunity to take a group of talented high school varsity players from various high schools in the Atlanta area on a trip to Skopje, North Macedonia. This unique experience allowed our young athletes to practice and play exhibition games with the under-20 North Macedonia National Team.

Highlights of the Trip: 

• Cross-Cultural Exchange: Our players not only showcased their skills but also engaged in meaningful cultural exchanges, broadening their horizons and fostering international friendships.

• Skill Development: The exhibition games and practice sessions provided our athletes with invaluable experience, challenging them to elevate their performance and learn from their Macedonian counterparts.

• Team Time: This trip was a fantastic opportunity for our players to grow together, spend intentional time diving into personal development topics, and have discussions that will benefit them both on and off the court.

We are incredibly proud of how our athletes represented TRUE Change, Inc., our partners Just Right For Now (JRFN), and the greater Atlanta community. Their dedication, sportsmanship, and enthusiasm were truly inspiring, and they have returned with stories and experiences that will stay with them for a lifetime.
